SHE Arts Festival: Sponsor, VIP Reception Caterer & F&B Vendor
A repeat festival partnership that expanded in 2025 into three roles: sponsor, caterer for a 100-guest opening-night VIP reception, and public-facing food-and-beverage vendor.
- DATES: 2–5 OCT 2025
- CLIENT / EVENT: SHE ARTS FESTIVAL
- VENUES: CITY OF ARTS / NEW OPERA HOUSE + AUC TAHRIR
- VIP RECEPTION: 100 GUESTS
- LORIENTAL ROLE: SPONSOR + VIP CATERER + F&B VENDOR
A partnership that grew across editions
LOriental entered the fifth SHE Arts Festival with an existing relationship. In September 2024, the company had already supported the festival at AUC through sponsorship and artist lunch-box support across three days.
By the 2025 edition, the relationship had widened. LOriental participated as a sponsor, handled the opening-night VIP reception, and operated as a festival food-and-beverage vendor. Those roles were distinct, but they sat inside one recurring cultural partnership.
Opening night at the City of Arts
The 2025 festival opened on 2 October at the City of Arts in the New Administrative Capital, where the programme included the visual-arts exhibition, Spanish band Maruja Limón and a headline performance by Hiba Tawaji with orchestra. The wider fifth edition continued through 5 October, including programming at AUC Tahrir Campus.
LOriental’s catered opening-night assignment was the VIP reception at the new Opera House. The confirmed scope was 100 guests, with passed canapés, dessert bites and a live non-alcoholic beverage service designed for an audience moving around a performance-led evening rather than sitting down for a formal meal.
Food that could move with the reception
The service format followed the event. Guests needed to circulate, greet one another and move naturally into the evening programme, so small-format food made more sense than a buffet or seated meal.
Selected items included smoked-salmon mini domes, salmon-and-mango ceviche tostadas, Toast Skagen, Korean fried chicken bao, Asian crab salad croustades, pomme pavé, peach soufflé cups and brownies. The menu balanced premium seafood, poultry, vegetable and dessert bites while keeping the service clean enough for standing reception use.
VIP hospitality and public F&B were different jobs
The opening reception was only one part of LOriental’s 2025 involvement. Beyond the invited 100-person VIP service, the company also operated as a festival food-and-beverage vendor.
That distinction matters. One role required polished mobile hospitality for invited guests; the other required a public-facing F&B presence inside a multi-day arts environment. The case demonstrates breadth within the same cultural platform without treating the two service models as interchangeable.
A multi-venue cultural setting
SHE Arts 2025 was not a single-room event. After the New Administrative Capital opening, the programme continued at AUC Tahrir and included music, dance, film, theatre, workshops, masterclasses, visual arts and other programming, with artists from multiple countries.
LOriental’s work was deliberately scoped to specific hospitality roles within the festival rather than every performance, venue or festival day.
The repeat relationship is the outcome
The strongest proof is the progression from one edition to the next. The 2024 relationship began with sponsorship and artist support. In 2025, LOriental returned with a broader combination of sponsorship, VIP reception catering and public food-and-beverage operations.
That continuity shows trust across different hospitality needs around the same cultural property. Across successive editions, LOriental moved from sponsorship and artist support into invited-guest catering and public F&B operations while keeping each service model distinct.
What this case demonstrates
The SHE Arts relationship shows LOriental supporting a recurring cultural festival through several different hospitality roles: sponsorship, artist support, a 100-guest opening-night VIP reception at the City of Arts / new Opera House, passed canapés and live non-alcoholic beverages, and a separate festival F&B-vendor role.
