Executive boardroom service
From November 2021 through June 2022, LOriental catered a recurring sequence of executive board and leadership meetings for EFG Hermes and EFG Finance Holding in Smart Village. The executive audience and setting left little room for inconsistency.
The CEO Office coordinated the assignments directly with LOriental. Each meeting required polished presentation, reliable delivery and a menu that could be revised as the executive timetable changed.
Executive hospitality with high visibility
For these working meetings, the hospitality needed to feel generous, polished and unobtrusive. The service was built around finger food, canapés, desserts, juices and styled platters.
Service staff had to be present without becoming part of the room: completely silent, unobtrusive and almost invisible, replenishing and clearing without interrupting discussion among executive board members and senior leadership.
The presentation was designed specifically for a corporate headquarters. Platters and buffet styling kept the service refined and easy to use while executive board members and senior leadership continued with the meeting schedule.
Menus designed for executive meetings
- Kiri pastrami and chicken fusion fatayer
- Msakhan with pine nuts and raisins
- Circassian chicken arancini and Riz Royal
- Roasted grape and goat cheese crostini
- Peanut chicken satay and bunless sliders
- Caramel pecan cheesecake bites and carrot walnut cake pops
Schedule changes were part of the brief
In March 2022, the CEO Office initially discussed three possible meeting dates before confirming two board meetings that took place at the Smart Village headquarters.
The planning also covered practical site access. When a pickup vehicle was used, the client required driver and vehicle details in advance so delivery could move through headquarters access controls without delaying service.
Repeat trust across several board cycles
The relationship began with executive board catering in late 2021, returned for another board cycle in March 2022 and continued with another June booking. Instead of restarting the supplier conversation each time, the CEO Office returned to an established working thread and asked LOriental to adapt the next service around the new schedule.
Each booking was a separate boardroom catering assignment. The significance is in the repeated return: the CEO Office came back across multiple board cycles, with LOriental adapting each service to the latest schedule and menu. That continuity reflected repeat confidence in a service model built for executive boardroom conditions.
EFG Hermes then, EFG Holding today
At the time of the assignments, the EFG Hermes and EFG Finance Holding names were in use. EFG Hermes Holding rebranded to EFG Holding in 2023.
Outcome
Across more than six months, LOriental supported recurring executive board and leadership meetings. The work demonstrates executive hospitality built on precision, discretion, responsiveness and repeat confidence.
