Explore Venues by Setting
We group the venues we recommend into three categories: historical venues, luxury yachts and Nile venues, and a selected collection of contemporary, garden and independent event spaces. The categories make it easier to compare settings without turning this page into a generic venue directory.
1. Historical Venues
Prince Muhammad Ali Palace, Manial
Muhammad Ali Palace in Shubra
Cairo Citadel of Salah al-Din
National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC)
Pyramids of Giza
2. Luxury Yacht & Nile Venues
For events on the Nile, beside it or on one of its islands. This collection ranges from intimate yachts to fixed waterfront venues and large garden settings. It works particularly well for engagements, Mini Weddings, private celebrations, client entertainment, VIP hospitality and selected corporate events.
Cairo Venue, Zamalek
The Nile Anchor Yachts
Prince Naguib Palace, Dahab Island
Le Lac du Caire
Royal Club Mohamed Ali
3. Selected Event Venues
These are contemporary, garden and independent venues we consider worth looking at when a historical or Nile setting is not the right fit. The list is deliberately selective. We would rather recommend a smaller group of useful venues than publish a directory of every event space in Cairo.
Maison de Joie
Golden Paradise Cairo
Nūt Orabi
Mountain View Clubhouse
The Clubhouse at Uptown Cairo
Bayt Al Mansoreya
The Garden Venue
Swan Lake

Catering Formats We Use Across Venues
- Finger Food & Canapés — flexible for receptions, ceremonies, launches and events where guests are moving.
- Experiential Passaround — our premium non-theatrical circulating service, with stronger presentation and a small fixed footprint.
- Theatrical Passaround — our most premium passed format, reserved for moments where the presentation deserves to become part of the event.
- Open Buffet & Seated Dining — for venues with the access, service distance and back-of-house conditions to support a complete meal.
- Live Culinary Stations — strongest in gardens, large outdoor venues and hospitality zones with room for cooking and guest circulation.
- Non-Alcoholic Live Bar & Mixology — useful for arrivals, receptions and continuous beverage service.
- Desserts & Sweet Experiences — passed sweets, dessert displays or live finishing depending on the venue and event flow.
