LOriental began a six-month food-production and replenishment programme for the National Bank of Egypt Platinum Lounge at Cairo International Airport on 15 October 2022. Serving as a subcontractor to the lounge’s master contractor, the company supplied food for a 24-hour operation at Terminal 3, Gate F.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner followed a seven-day rotating menu, supported by cold items available between hot-meal windows and additional deliveries when demand increased. LOriental also trained the contractor’s service team on presentation and garnishing and prepared bilingual menu labels. The lounge’s master contractor retained responsibility for front-of-house staffing and guest service.
